In Vivo’s home nation, the X80 and X80 Pro cellphones were finally launched yesterday. The phones will be available internationally on May 8, according to the company.
The announcement was made on Vivo Malaysia’s official Twitter account, with the phrase “X-perience power. X-perience speed”.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip will power the X80 Pro, while the Dimensity 9000 SoC will power the X80. Vivo’s 80W wired fast charging functionality will be available on both devices.
The Pro model will also enable 50W wireless charging and will be able to charge additional devices wirelessly as well as cable. The ceremony will be streamed live on the internet, and anyone can watch it.
