For years, Twitter’s Android app has trailed behind its iOS counterpart. That, however, is about to change.
According to a recent tweet by reverse engineer Jane Manchun Wong, Android users will soon be able to freely pick text within tweets, a functionality that iOS users currently have.

After an unacceptably long wait, this really basic feature is finally arriving on Android, bringing feature parity between the iOS and Android Twitter apps to a new level.
The social media site twitter still needs to respond to the current development or formally say when this feature will be available to all Android users.
