The Realme 8 was released in September of this year, but it appears that a replacement is on the way. The Realme 9 series, which includes the Realme 9, 9i, and 9 Max, is expected to launch in the worldwide market in January 2022, according to rumors.
The 9i will take the place of the 8i next year, as the name suggests. It could have a 6.5-inch LCD with 1080p resolution, which would be slightly smaller. There’s no information on the refresh rate, but given that the 8i has a 120Hz panel, we can assume the 9i will have the same.
The Helio G90T SoC will take the place of the Helio G96 SoC, which offers nearly identical performance. The phone will come with an 8GB/128GB memory option, a 5,000 mAh battery, a 64MP quad rear camera, and a 32MP front camera as standard. Fast charging isn’t mentioned in the study, but we’re hoping for more than 18W this time.
We may expect to see it in Pakistan around late January or February 2022, like most Realme products do these days. However, because the majority of this material is speculative, we recommend treating it with caution.
