The iQOO Neo5s, which is powered by the Snapdragon 888 chipset, is planned to launch on December 20th as one of the first smartphones to ship with Vivo’s new OriginOS interface, which is based on Android 12.
The most recent teaser for this future technology shows the phone’s back panel. Neo5s will have a curved edge backplate with a rectangular cut-out that houses a triple-camera configuration with LED flash, according to the teaser. An OIS marking may also be seen if you look closely, which is apparently for the 48MP IMX598 primary lens.
The phone will reportedly include a 6.5-inch OLED display with a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. There’s no news on how big the battery will be on this next device, but according to sources, it will allow 66W rapid charging.
According to an official confirmation from yesterday, the gadget will include an independent display chip that would help offset various GPU-related duties like as rendering frames in games. According to previous speculations, the forthcoming tablet will include a redesigned heat dissipation system that would cover approximately 90% of the device for improved thermal management.
